Content Writing

Why You Need Us

The average small to mid-sized business owner is completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with all the tasks that have to be completed in a day. You know you need a web presence and one of those things called a blog, but the idea of writing articles, editing, and posting them seems almost impossible.

That’s where we come in! You can delegate this work to us and have an amazing Internet presence that will shine a positive spotlight on your business and get you some social media traction in the process.

…it goes like this:

We consult with you to fully understand your target demographic. Then, we come up with a series of blog posts that would most interest those users, utilizing common sense along with keywords and best SEO practices to help you get the most traction possible. After the initial consultation, though, we will handle everything for you so that you can put your focus on running your business.

A Little About Promo Warriors & Lori Soard

5-2016-head-shot-lori-soardPromo Warriors Content Writing services provides unique content for your website, blog or newsletter. Our executive manager, Lori Soard, has provided writing and editing services since 1996. Before that time, she worked with her family, helping run both retail and wholesale businesses. She completed a bachelor’s degree in English education and a PhD in Journalism.

In late 1996, she discovered a new hobby — building websites. As her love of web design grew, she took courses, learned coding and began to offer web design and promotional services to published authors. She later expanded to her other passion, helping business owners reach current and new customers.

I’ve worked with small local businesses and larger non-profits and corporations. I give my undivided attention to each project, creating copy that is engaging and grabs the interest of customers. Unlike many of the bigger content mills out there, I personally work with each client to make sure I have their tone, vision for their company and will never farm out your articles without discussing it with you first and making sure quality remains high.

Promo Warriors today is made up of a team of US – based writers, editors, marketing experts, technical gurus, and graphic designers. Each person on the team is held to the highest of standards, and has both a degree and experience in their given area of expertise.

“I managed Lori for four years at several websites belonging to LoveToKnow where she worked as a site editor and writer. She was an incredibly hard worker and had a wonderful attitude. Very professional. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond to bring quality to her work, look no further than Lori.” Kelly Roper, Group Editor, LoveToKnow

“Lori is a conscientious writer whose attention to detail and constant desire to improve make her a true asset. She’s always willing to go above and beyond, and is full of ideas and innovation. I enjoyed working with Lori because she’s easy to get along with and she’s very dedicated to being a great writer.” Del Sandeen, Group Editor, LoveToKnow

“Lori produced a newsletter for my direct sales company. I had no idea how to create information that my readers would want to know about, but Lori was full of brilliant ideas and ran with it. Not only did my readers love the newsletter, but I booked six new shows from sending out that one e-newsletter. Lori’s strength is that she not only understands how to write good copy but she also understands the business end of things.” Christy Johnson, Independent Consultant

I’ve known Lori since our college days and have had the joy of working with her on a variety of projects and with mutual clients. Lori always pays attention to detail, goes above and beyond to deliver on her promises, and is full of integrity. If you’ve never read her writing, you should, because no matter the topic or niche, she excels.” Jennifer Conner, Artist and Entrepreneur

“Promo Warriors went above and beyond on a top secret project I needed help with. I was happy, my own client was happy, and I can say that I feel as thought Lori and her team really cared that I was successful and satisfied with the end project.” Jack Sweet, Owner and CEO of Sweet Happenings
